Q:           Is a deposit required when booking a party?

A:           

Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept VISA or Mastercard over the phone. When necessary arrangements can be made to pay the deposit with cash or check. You may change your party date or time (subject to availability) without losing your deposit if you contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your original party time.
 

Q:            When do I arrive for my party?

A:           

We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. This will allow time for parents to sign waivers and for the attendant to review safety rules with your guests. Please do not arrive sooner as this may interfere with the departure of other groups.
 

Q:            How long is my party and can I choose to extend my party time?

A:           

Private parties are 2 hours long; this includes use of the bouncer room and party room simultaneously. Parties are only scheduled in 2 hour blocks of time.
 

Q:            How many children can I invite to my party?

A:            

Each private party includes 20 guests, this does not include adults and children under 2. There will be a $10 charge for each additional guest with a maximum of 25 children.
 

Q:            Can I bring in my own food?

A:            Yes, you can bring cake, ice cream, pizza, snacks, drinks, etc. You can also order pizza through us and we will arrange to have it delivered during your party. A large 1 or 2 topping pizza is $12.00.

 

Q:            Can I bring my own paper products?

A:           

Yes. As part of your party package, we provide cups, plates, napkins and utensils for up to 25 people but you may choose to use your own.
 

Q:            Do I need to attend my child's party?

A:           

All private parties must have 2 adults in attendance; all children must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Open play children must be accompanied by an adult.
 

Q:            Do I need to come in and get the waiver from the store?

A:            No, the waiver can be downloaded from our website.  Please see the waiver page on our website. 

 

Q:            Do all of the children need their own waiver form?

A:            .

Yes, with the exception of siblings.  A family can fill out a single waiver that includes the names of all family members.  We have extras on site for the parents to fill out
 

Q:            What does my child need to bring to the party?

A:            Comfortable clothes to run and slide in. Socks are required at all times.

 

Q:            Can I bring decorations and balloons?

A:            Yes, decorations are allowed on the table tops, but not on the walls. Please no confetti, silly string,  or piņatas

 

Q:            Is there an age limit?

A:           

Open Play is 12 years old and under. There is no age limit for parties but please notify management if the birthday child is 16 or older. Party guests of all ages are invited.
