Q: Is a deposit required when booking a party?
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All booking is done through our website online. If you need to pay your deposit with cash, please contact us at our facility.
The $100 deposit is applied towards the total cost of your party. You are responsible for paying the remaining balance upon arrival of your party.
You may change your party date or time (subject to availability) without losing your deposit if you contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your original party time.
Q. Do I need to come in and get the waiver from the store?
No, the waiver can be downloaded from our website. Please see the waiver page on our website.
Q: How long is my party and can I choose to extend my party time?
Private parties are scheduled in two hour increments. We do allow you to extend your party by two hours by purchasing a second party package. For more information on how to extend your party, please contact management at 253-249-7013.
Q. Is there an age limit?
Yes, Our open play area is for kids 12 and under to play on the equipment. No adults are allowed to play on our equipment during open play.
For your private birthday parties, all age groups are allowed on the equipment. We encourage adults to have just as much fun with the kids. We do remind all adults that the same rules for kids apply to them.
Q. Is my party completely private?
Yes, the first 1 hr 15 min of your party, you will be playing in your own private bouncer room. Only the kids you invite will be part of your birthday party. The last 45 minutes we move you into a party room to have your cake and ice cream.
Q: When do I arrive for my party?
We ask that you and your guests begin arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. This will allow time for parents to sign waivers and for the attendant to review safety rules with your guests. Please do not arrive sooner as this may interfere with the departure of other groups.
Q. Can I bring in my own food?
Yes, FREE OF CHARGE you may bring in cake, ice cream, cookies, crackers, chips, fruit trays, vegi. plater.
For a $25 CHARGE you may bring in pizza, sandwiches or salad. For a $35 CHARGE you may bring in any foods you like as long as you don't cook or reheat and please NO GLASS. (Also remember food will not be allowed in bouncer room only party room last 45 minutes)

Yes, We sell pizza! You can purchase pizza and drinks for your birthday party in advance online, or when you show up to check in.

Q. Can I bring popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, face painting, clowns, or other vendors to the party?
No. Our insurance does not cover any outside vendors or machinery. These things will not be permitted in our facility.
Q. Can I bring my own paper products?
Yes. You also have the option of purchasing paper products for your party group for an additional amount.

Yes, decorations are allowed on the table tops but not on the walls. Please no confetti, silly string, and piñatas.

Q. Can my kids play in the arcade area during or after our birthday party?
When having a private party, the kids need to stay in the party rooms with the exception of using the restrooms. Once the party is done, they are more than welcome to stay and use the arcade rooms.
Q. When I have a private party, can my kids bounce in the open play section?
Unfortunately they are not allowed in our general open play section. Your private party provides you with the experience of having your party at home without the hassle of the mess. This means that only you and your invited guests will be part of your party.
Q. Can I cancel my party?
You can cancel your party but the reservation deposit is non-refundable. This means that you will lose your full deposit.
Q. Do I need to attend my child’s party?
All private parties must have an adult in attendance. This must be the individual responsible for the birthday party. All children must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
Q. What does my child need to bring to the party?
Comfortable clothes to run and slide in are recommended. Socks are required for all participants at all times. Please do not wear jeans with sharp studs on them as this can cause tares in the equipment.
