Q: How many children can I invite to my party?

Each private party includes 20 guests, this does not include adults and children under 2. There will be a $10 charge for each additional guest with a maximum of 25 children. 

Open Play - Sumner

We currently do not have Open Play at our Sumner location.

Q: Is a deposit required when booking a party?

A: Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept VISA or Mastercard over the phone. When necessary arrangements can be made to pay the deposit with cash or check. You may change your party date or time (subject to availability) without losing your deposit if you contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your original party time. 

Q: When do I arrive for my party?

A: We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. This will allow time for parents to sign waivers and for the attendant to review safety rules with your guests. Please do not arrive sooner as this may interfere with the departure of other groups.
